• In honor of Juneteenth, we have collaborated with Greenlight Bookstore to commemorate black literature. Throughout history, America has made persistent efforts to suppress the voices of black individuals. Hence, "Read Banned Books" serves as our message to raise awareness about the black voices that have been consistently undermined.

These handmade shirts are available for pre- order currently and for purchase beginning at this party, followed by readings by special guests of each of the celebrated authors featured on the shirts. Refreshments will be provided by a Black owned wine shop. Both Granru & Greenlight will be donating a portion of proceeds to both Black Girls Sew and Free Black Women's Library. Please join us as we celebrate Juneteenth with this special event you won't want to miss!
